My name is Tea Mastelic. Originally Southern European, with a UK address for the last decade, I have always been driven by a passion for bringing positive change wherever I go.
The best compliment I’ve ever received? That I should create a job title called 'Problem Solver'! I thrive on understanding challenges, exploring their impact on the business, its stakeholders and employees, and turning those challenges into new opportunities for growth and innovation.
As a genuine relationship builder with years in tech sector where I have recruited across the UK, NA and EMEA for martech, fintech, ML start-ups, and someone who has my clients and candidates best interest at heart - I have decided to transform the recruitment industry as we know it!
